Damn, there was some small text on the website that I purchased it which I didn't see before, that says it can ONLY be activated in Europe / Middle East & Africa.

I'm just trying to find an alternative place to get a key that will work in Brazil for you, I hope you can have a little bit of patience for me here. Sorry for this trouble, hopefully we can fix it :)

I've added you as a friend on Steam, in case I can't find a third party seller that will work for you, in which case I will try to gift directly from the Steam store once you're in my friends list.
