Are you the winner of Tropico 4 Collector's Bundle ?
I check your game from steamgifstools (for check rule breakers). Found that you only have Tropico 4 Steam Special not Tropico 4 Collector's Bundle
If the creator giving only Tropico 4 Steam Special from giveaway (free before), you can ask the creator the collector's bundle and mark not received. You can also ask support about this. Good luck on getting the collector's bundle.
