The bundle was purchased way back in 2017. And according to their support section, key replacement is not possible after 60 days from the purchase date. In their support section, they're suggesting to log out and then log back into your steam client. And give it a last try with this key.
I feel bad that you're encountering this problem. If this key is not redeemable after the above step then, I'm very sorry, buddy. I can't help you any more with this problem. :(
