Where are you stuck at? All I can tell you (not out of selfishness but because that dungeon is huge and remembering specific parts is very hard) is to go back to previous areas if you think you have checked every corner, because sometimes I have found new passageways in unsuspecting places. Check your map all the time and if you see a path that isn't marked in it it means you missed it or it just opened!

I think there was a hint on how to solve it just next to the input screen (like with the talking skull giving you hints before, remember?), and also think of who this William might be... he's not just any William :) I can't help you more than this or it would be unfair towards the creator of the event and the others who are still playing it, sorry! You can do this, best of luck!
