I notice that you won this giveaway, and you were sent the key from the creator. Why did you mark it as "not received"?

The key given to me was alread redeemed on steam. I asked support for help and said that the key i was given did not work, so Gaffi from suport sent me this response:
If the creator of the giveaway has not supplied a working key, and you cannot work that out between the two of you, then after 7 days, please mark the win as "Not Received".
I tried talking to yosoybeavis who made give away but got no response from him then i marked as not received and entered other giveaways for the game.

If there was a problem with the key, it's usually something that the winner would try to contact the creator about. You said that you tried talking to him - how did you contact him? Through Steam directly, by email, comments on steamgifts?

Through Steam directly, because i didnt know that i could get his email, i saw his steam accont on his profile and contacted him there

The key was working... and now is used and only you saw the key.
