Key must have no region restrictions or expiration date. There's also a small chance that the key was duplicated or invalid. If so, I apologise in advance and I politely ask you to agree for a giveaway deletion. And if you are selected, after redeeming the reward, please mark it as received as soon as possible.

Because you created the giveaway it is your responsibility to open a support ticket for giveaway deletion. If it is not done within one week and it is impossible to send the correct game then unfortunately I have to mark it as not received. I can accept of course another game from that list, but still I cannot mark this giveaway as received because that would be against the rules. Hope you understand.

About the deletion, I see that many users choose to agree with the winner to delete the giveaway in case the key was not redeemable. I think they can think it can affect CV, I don't know. It happened only one time before and moderators taught me that if it the deletion is the choice, the winner must explicitly agree on deleting the giveaway. I'll ask the moderator team about it before either you mark it as not received or if the worst case is a mutual agreement of deletion from us.
And about the other games, of course! Please choose one of the games, I really want to compensate you for the inconvenience.

As a winner of the giveaway the only thing I can do is to mark the giveaway as not received if it is not deleted within a week according to the guidelines.
However in your case the giveaway creator this is in the FAQ that applies to you:
"How do I delete a giveaway if I create one by accident, if I select incorrect information while setting it up, or if the gift is no longer available?
When viewing your giveaway, you'll see a "Delete Giveaway" button in the left column. Clicking this button will let you specify a reason for the deletion, and it'll walk you through the process of creating a support ticket. If the giveaway is still open, the ticket will be automatically approved and the giveaway removed. If the giveaway has already ended, then the ticket will need to be approved by a member of support."
I don't see any agreement here, you MUST delete it because the gift is no longer available (aka duplicated key). It cannot be rectified, so your only option is to delete the giveaway. For that you need to open a support ticket and if it gets deleted within a week according to the guidelines I don't have to mark it as not received.
There's no agreement here, and you must follow the rules and FAQ. I'm not mad, don't get me wrong, but this is the only way to rectify this mistake. I also recommend you to only give away in the future games that you know that are not duplicate to avoid situations like this.

However, the last information you gave me cannot be guaranteed 100% by anyone, especially because keys can expire or have problems even when coming from large batches and are often agreements between publishers, developers and other parties. I myself today had a key revoked after more than a year after it was redeemed. It was given to me for free, so I tried to contact the gifter. If you my contact become unsuccessful, it will remain as is, as I received the game for free.
Don't get me wrong either, I only talked here so we could try to reach a consensus. And I already understand that your best situation is to mark it as not received, and I agree. The only thing that happened the only time this happened previously was the moderator asking if the winner agreed with the deletion. But that may not even be necessary.
Remembering that giveaways are a sign of generosity, not an obligation.
Still, as I insisted, including because of your politeness, I would like to offer you some of the other games on the list that I mentioned in my other comment as compensation. I also reiterate that you can mark this giveaway as not received, as you told me, OK? But I'll also understand if you don't want to receive any games, or if none of them interest you.

Nothing wrong with that. All I am saying is to initiate the deletion process now to not waste any time. Support tickets takes time because moderators have also limited free time. I don't want to mark the giveaway as not received, but if it not done within a week and the giveaway is still up then I have to mark it accordingly.
