Neither is Realm of the Mad God, or 99% of all indie shit advertised as "8 bit".

You see, indie devs have a language of their own, that's subtly different from the real world's language. In that language, "8 bit" means "I didn't have a budget for graphics so I made everything look really simple and pixelly."

No, they aren't advertised as 8 bit, they are advertised as Retro, and most of the time, pixel art takes more time than polygonal art.

So, retro=/=8 bit
