Hello,
I often give games from indie gala or humble bundle. I encountered my first problem after 40 giveaways. I sent the key and the winner says: "Steam says, that it's already used."

What should I do?
Thank you for any advice.

  • You can ask Indiegala to replace the key.
  • You can ask the winner to agree to have the giveaway deleted.

You can join the IndieGala/Humble support to ask for a new key, but since it's for a DLC soundtrack, I wouldn't even bother.
About SteamGifts, you can ask nicely if the winner would be okay to let you delete the giveaway. You have to ask it on the giveaway page and (s)he also has to answer on the giveaway. Then join the SteamGifts support to ask for the delete.
