That's weird - maybe someone got it already? I've never redeemed a key on GOG like that - so I don't know what it says when its aleady redeemed

GOG code redemption is a two step process. It firsts shows what the code is for and then you redeem it (Actually I think afterwards you have to confirm your purchase at a total of $0, so three steps maybe). The message means that someone had input the code but it had not finished the process yet.
