The encryption type needed to crack comes from what his foot is on plus number on his back...

You should decrypt some info on baseball player picture using that encryption..

Then Google the result plus the number 8

i get base8 decoding, i also get base32 decoding (the concept). What i couldnt grasp was how they relate to getting the pictures ranked in some kind of order.

I JUST realised that you might want me to decode what I THOUGHT was some kind of copywright notice on the pic...its very hard to make out, but yea, if thats a string of characters i'm gonnna smack myself in the face!
