I disagree. Winning something shouldn't be treated the same way as something exploited (i.e. you can't get multiple copies with little or no effort), imo. The chances of winning are still slim. He could've played the game himself but, instead, he decided to give it away, which is still an act of generosity.

Of course, those who spent money on a giveaway are even more generous, but that doesn't mean that we should be creating any form of elitism, simonli... my2cents.
