You can try. Sometimes they let you buy at least 2 copies but after that they might cancel the purchase when you go to pay.

You can usually but sometimes they limit the amount of bundles/games you can buy with a single payment method.

It's a regular bundle, not a subscription model like Humble Choice. You only pay once for it like any other regular purchase.

Pay once and you get the games forever (or at least as long as Steam continues to exist). Humble Choice is a little different since it's a subscription service, but basically in its case you're just auto-charged once a month for the latest bundle and you still get to keep the games even if you unsubscribe.

Yes, I have noticed for at least the past few months you can only buy one bundle per payment method. If you have a second credit card or Paypal account, it is possible to get a second bundle, I am unsure if they have any limits per IP after that. It is also usually possible to "tier-up" in normal bundles on the ordered keys page if you aren't already aware( upgrading to Tier two if you wanted even after purchasing only T1).

Fanatical is two bundles per IP I believe, must separate purchase, for select bundles. They will probably let you buy as many "Mystery bundles" as you want although I have yet to try.
